Services may include recurring monthly billing unless otherwise stated.
Certain Services may automatically renew until canceled.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the upcoming billing date.
Cancellation requests submitted within the 30-day window will apply to the following billing cycle.
All onboarding fees, setup fees, implementation fees, subscription fees, software fees, and marketing fees are non-refundable once onboarding, provisioning, setup, implementation, campaign preparation, or work has begun.
Stratbotic does not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue increases, lead volume, booked appointments, advertising performance, or return on investment.
Certain Services may utilize artificial intelligence, automations, AI-generated outputs, transcription systems, AI voice technologies, analytics systems, and communication tools.
Calls, messages, chatbot interactions, emails, SMS communications, and AI-assisted interactions may be recorded, transcribed, monitored, or analyzed for operational, reporting, training, quality assurance, and optimization purposes.
Client remains solely responsible for business operations, staffing, customer response times, customer service, pricing, sales processes, appointment scheduling, and operational execution.
Third-party platforms, software providers, telecom carriers, advertising systems, and AI providers operate independently and may affect Service performance outside Provider control.
Stratbotic reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for nonpayment, abuse, unlawful activity, policy violations, or operational risk.
