Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stratbotic does not guarantee:
  • Message delivery
  • Delivery timing
  • Uninterrupted carrier performance

4. Opt-Out Rights
Recipients may opt out of marketing SMS communications at any time by:
  • Replying STOP
  • Following unsubscribe instructions
  • Contacting support
Recipients may opt out of marketing emails through unsubscribe links included in applicable emails.
Even after opting out of marketing communications, Stratbotic may still send transactional messages, billing notices, operational communications, account-related notices, and support communications where legally permitted.

5. Client Responsibility for Customer Communications
Clients using Stratbotic systems for customer communications remain solely responsible for:
  • Obtaining lawful consent
  • Maintaining compliant opt-in procedures
  • Honoring opt-out requests
  • Complying with SMS laws
  • Complying with email marketing laws
  • Maintaining lawful customer databases
  • Complying with recording disclosure requirements
  • Complying with telecommunications laws
Including compliance with: TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing laws, carrier regulations, privacy laws, and applicable federal and state regulations.

6. AI Voice & Call Technologies
Certain Services may include:
  • AI voice agents
  • Automated call routing
  • Call transcription
  • AI-assisted intake systems
  • AI-generated summaries
Calls processed through these systems may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, and analyzed for operational improvement, reporting, training, quality assurance, and workflow optimization.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable recording and disclosure laws.

7. Communication Security
While Stratbotic implements commercially reasonable safeguards, no communication method can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients acknowledge risks associated with:
  • Email transmissions
  • SMS systems
  • Internet-based communications
  • Third-party telecom providers
  • AI communication systems
Sensitive information should not be transmitted through unsecured communication channels unless appropriate safeguards are used.

8. Third-Party Communication Providers
Communications may be delivered through third-party providers including:
  • Telecom providers
  • Email platforms
  • CRM systems
  • AI providers
  • Automation systems
  • SMS gateways
These providers maintain independent operational systems and policies. Stratbotic is not responsible for delivery failures, carrier filtering, outages, delays, platform disruptions, or third-party restrictions.

9. Modifications
Stratbotic may update this Communication Policy periodically. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
