This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of Services provided by Stratbotic, powered by Xpozure Marketing, LLC ("Stratbotic," "Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). All Clients, users, account holders, and authorized users ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with this AUP when accessing or using the Services. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of Services without refund.

1. Purpose of This Policy
Stratbotic provides technology-enabled growth systems, communication systems, AI tools, automations, dashboards, and related infrastructure intended for lawful business use. This policy exists to:
  • Protect system integrity
  • Reduce abuse
  • Comply with platform regulations
  • Comply with telecommunications laws
  • Protect Clients and consumers
  • Maintain operational reliability

2. Prohibited Activities
Clients may NOT use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
  • Spam or unlawful robocalling
  • Unlawful telemarketing or phishing
  • Fraud or deceptive advertising
  • Impersonation or harassment
  • Abusive messaging or malware distribution
  • Hacking attempts or credential theft
  • Unauthorized data collection or unlawful surveillance
  • Misleading AI interactions or unlawful scraping
  • Unlawful lead generation or illegal gambling
  • Illegal financial schemes or deceptive health claims
  • Unlawful debt collection practices

3. Restricted Industries
Stratbotic reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services for industries, offers, or activities deemed high-risk, deceptive, unlawful, reputationally harmful, or operationally incompatible. Restricted or prohibited categories may include:
  • Illegal products or services
  • Counterfeit products or pyramid schemes
  • Multi-level marketing schemes deemed abusive
  • Illegal gambling or adult content businesses
  • Unlawful cannabis operations
  • Hate speech or extremist content organizations
  • Payday loan scams or fraudulent credit repair
  • Deceptive financial products or unlawful medical claims
  • Unlawful data brokering or phishing operations
  • Malicious software distribution
Approval of a Client does not constitute permanent approval of future activities.

4. AI & Automation Restrictions
Clients may not use Stratbotic systems to:
  • Impersonate individuals deceptively
  • Misrepresent AI systems as humans where disclosure is legally required
  • Distribute deceptive AI-generated content
  • Conduct unlawful mass outreach or generate unlawful spam campaigns
  • Violate platform rules or generate harmful or unlawful content
Clients remain solely responsible for:
  • Reviewing AI outputs and monitoring automations
  • Approving communications and ensuring lawful usage

5. SMS, Email & Telecom Compliance
Clients using SMS systems, email campaigns, AI voice systems, call tracking, telecommunication features, or automation systems must comply with:
  • TCPA and CAN-SPAM
  • Carrier rules and state telemarketing laws
  • Privacy laws, consent laws, and recording disclosure laws
Clients are solely responsible for:
  • Obtaining proper consent and maintaining opt-in records
  • Honoring opt-outs and complying with communication laws
Stratbotic does not provide legal compliance advice.

6. Data Usage Restrictions
Clients may not:
  • Upload unlawfully obtained data
  • Misuse consumer information or distribute confidential data unlawfully
  • Violate privacy rights or use purchased lists unlawfully
  • Engage in unauthorized scraping or violate applicable privacy laws
Clients remain solely responsible for lawful data collection and usage.

7. Security Restrictions
Clients may not:
  • Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with systems
  • Bypass security protections or distribute malware
  • Overload infrastructure or conduct penetration testing without authorization
  • Interfere with other users or systems
Any security concerns must be reported immediately to: support@xpozuremarketing.com

8. Platform & Third-Party Compliance
Clients must comply with all applicable platform policies, advertising policies, telecom rules, software provider rules, API terms, directory rules, and carrier policies — including policies of:
  • Google, Meta, and telecom carriers
  • Payment processors, CRM providers, and AI providers
Stratbotic is not responsible for account bans, suspensions, or platform restrictions resulting from Client activity.

9. Monitoring & Enforcement
Stratbotic reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate violations, suspend systems, disable campaigns, revoke access, and terminate Services where reasonably necessary to:
  • Maintain compliance and reduce abuse
  • Protect infrastructure and Provider reputation
  • Comply with legal obligations
Stratbotic is not obligated to provide advance notice before suspending harmful or unlawful activity.

10. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations may be reported to: support@xpozuremarketing.com
Reports should include sufficient detail to investigate the issue.

11. No Refunds for Violations
Clients terminated or suspended for violations of this policy are not entitled to refunds for:
  • Subscriptions or onboarding fees
  • Setup fees or prepaid services
  • Implementation costs

12. Changes to This Policy
Stratbotic reserves the right to update or modify this AUP at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
